The brief was simple. Clients wanted attractive, "story-telling" architecture. And the strategic importance of the site required a landmark. The site is located in touristic area of CTS, which is spread along the lake, including residential & hotels, entertainment & recreational zones, retail and many others.
On the site, there is existing viewing platform ,and from there one can observe all horizons of the territory. According to brief, our design should serve as an attraction leading to the platform
